Maximum of two animals per residence.
Dogs under 65 pounds are welcome.
$250 pet deposit / $250 (non-refundable) pet approval fee
Monthly pet rent of $40 per cat and $50 per dog.

Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Dogo Argentino, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Perro de Presa Canario, and Cane Corso.
