We are in our 10th year at Raspberry Woods and still very happy with our location and our unit. We feel we are listened to ... by management and that Jacob tries to take a care of any problems that we might have. Also, our lead maintenance man, Thomas, is exceptional. We've been living here for about 4 1/2 months and the staff, both office and maintenance have been great. Any issue we've ... called the office about has been handled quickly and cheerfully. Sidewalks are shoveled and salted and the parking lot and drives are plowed . Any maintenance people that had to come in the townhouse have been courteous and friendly, even taking off their shoes.
